PLASTIC-FREE SHIPPING 

We believe the best way to drastically reduce the amount of throwaway plastic is through plastic free retail packaging and plastic free shipping materials.  We might be a small company but we want to be a positive example of sustainable shipping.

 

We use paper shipping tape, dissolving packing peanuts, biodegradable clear wrap, and we will repurpose shipping materials from our suppliers. 

SHIPPING POLICY

As soon as you click that purchase button, we start processing your order. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. If you’ve have a question about your order status, please contact us via our contact page.

  • We only ship orders Monday-Friday, and not on national holidays.

  • At this time, we cannot accomodate international shipments outside the contiguous United States 

  • Once packages leave our facility via a parcel carrier, we are not responsible for any transit issues that may arise therefore we are unable to refund or replace packages that show "delivered" by the parcel carrier's tracking system. You will need to open a claim with the parcel carrier in the event of a non-receipt package that has been marked as delivered. 

  • In the event that a package is returned to our facility by the parcel carrier and the shipping address was entered INCORRECTLY, we will either refund the order less the cost of shipping, or ship the products out again after postage is paid by the customer. 

  • If a package is returned to our facility by the parcel carrier and the shipping address was entered CORRECTLY, we will replace the package for no additional postage; replacement will be shipped only after the original package returns to our facility, and only in the original shipping method that was selected.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available once a package has been shipped from our facility. 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS


Once you submit your order, our team begins diligently working to get it to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your original purchase date only if your order has not been marked as fulfilled by our warehouse.

  • If you would like to add merchandise to your order, please be aware that you will need to pay an invoice for the additional product price and for the incremental shipping cost.

  • If you are removing merchandisefrom your order, we will refund you the full amount of what you originally paid for the product, but we can not refund you for the reduction in shipping cost.

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email us at support@earthlycrush.com as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your change or cancellation request.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


We are confident you'll love our products but for any reason you would are not satistified , we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the quality of our products, you can get your money back within 30 days of your purchase, refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

Please email us at support@earthlycrush.com with your order number and your reasoning/feedback for why you were not satisfied with our products. We will respond within 24 hour time period.

 

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate exchanges on any products.

PLEASE NOTE: For all returns, your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
